I CAN LearnŽ Education Systems has created a patented, ergonomic desk design that houses and protects the computer hardware. The high-quality wooden desks are arranged to provide a positive learning environment with all equipment secured neatly out of view. Each custom wood desk contains a locking center cabinet for housing two computers and accessories, a tempered glass top, an adjustable recessed monitor shelf, and a retractable keyboard shelf.
One custom student desk is used for every two-student workstations. One custom teacher desk is also used in each classroom. The teacher single-station desk has been designed in the same manner as the student workstation with the addition of a file drawer.
All exterior surfaces are the finest selected plain-sliced Oak veneer chosen for superior clarity and consistency. The chassis contain specialized ventilation slots and grommets and adjustable leveling glides to ensure proper leveling of the unit. Ideally, I CAN LearnŽ custom-built computers and furniture are used in I CAN LearnŽ classrooms. However, the I CAN LearnŽ system can be adapted to schools using existing computer hardware as long as the minimum system requirements are met.
